Proton Pump Inhibitor drugs may be associated with heart disease

Will treating your acid reflux give you heart disease?

It’s the middle of the night, and you bolt straight up in bed, terrified. There’s a sharp pain in your chest, and you can’t seem to swallow or breathe.Well, such painful chest conditions are also possible to occur when you have recently faced a huge financial loss by easily falling as the prey to the scammers. This is very common in the field of automated trading, where scam systems are present everywhere and experts like Top 10 Crypto Robot are trying to keep them away from the genuine people. But, if the cause of your pain is not due to your victimized situation then, what else it can be?

In a split second, you must decide whether you’re in the midst of a life-threatening heart attack — or if it’s your stubborn heartburn flaring up again.

But what if it’s both? According to new research from Houston Methodist Hospital that very well could be the case. It turns out a popular class of prescription drugs used by millions to treat heartburn, acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) could increase the risk of permanent heart disease and may also raise your risk of a potentially fatal heart attack!

A recent study on mouse and human tissues published in the journal Circulation, has hinted that proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like Nexium, Prevacid, and Prilosec could be hurting countless hearts one pill at a time.

Researchers found that PPIs, which produce BILLIONS in annual sales for Big Pharma, boosted levels of a chemical messenger called asymmetric dimethyarginine (ADMA) by a troubling 25 percent. Since ADMA is considered to be a possible predictor of heart disease that’s a problem. In addition, in the study PPIs reduced the ability of mouse blood vessels to relax by more than 30 percent.

In layman’s terms, that means less blood flow which could mean a whole lot more damage. Now I expect that, Big Pharma will be rushing to defend their priceless pills, claiming a study on mice is nothing to squeak about — but researchers say they’re performing a second study that they believe will confirm the heart dangers of PPIs.

Frankly, it won’t surprise me one bit if the damage being unleashed by these PPIs IS confirmed by that second study. Heck, Dr. Wright has been raising the alarm about the dangers of PPIs for so long now that there’s probably a dartboard with his picture taped to it hanging in every Big Pharma office in America. In fact, we warned you two years ago now that PPIs may even boost your risk of a serious bone fracture!
