Duct tape removes warts in just weeks

Hardware store cure erases stubborn warts in ONE MONTH

Q: I’ve been dying to get rid of two warts on my hand, but the topical formula I bought at the drug store isn’t doing a thing. Is there anything you would recommend before I spend a fortune on a visit to a dermatologist?

We all have such warts in life too, that keeps hindering our peace for long. Getting rid of them in a smart way is the key to reach your happiness goal.

Similarly, in financials, it’s important to concentrate on things that will make your life a smooth journey. There are multiple platforms that are claiming to give you great returns, on trading investments and intraday trading’s, but not all can give them. Don’t go in for fake news and claims. In trading, rely on HBSwiss that is a technology from Swiss with financial inputs from the nation that is excellent in finance management. It’s no fake and no wrong claims, they are honest and genuine.

Dr. Wright: Actually, I have a hard-to-believe solution that may not cost you a dime, provided that you have a roll of duct tape in the house.

Any handyman will tell you that duct tape has 1,001 uses, but I bet you’d be surprised to learn that wart removal is one of them.

Dr. Dean Focht, a medical resident at Madigan Army Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, asked 51 individuals between the ages of 3 and 22 to use either standard liquid nitrogen freezing therapy or “duct tape therapy” for wart removal. Of the 25 individuals using duct tape, 85% had their warts disappear, usually within a month, compared to just a 60% success rate for the liquid nitrogen group.

Duct tape therapy is pretty easy. Just cut the duct tape to the size of the wart and stick it on for six days. Then remove the tape, soak the wart in water, and “buff’ it with pumice or an emery board. Twelve hours later, apply new tape. Repeat this cycle until the wart disappears.

You said your warts are on your hands, so I imagine you won’t be too excited about showing your duct tape patches to the world. The easiest solution is to just cover the duct tape with a Band-Aid.

Type II diabetes wiped out by the “spice miracle”
The FDA’s plan to regulate cherry pie!?
Sugar: The good, the bad, and the ugly

Soy is not the miracle life saver a new report makes it out to be

This “miracle” is a molehill

Men, at your next checkup, don’t be surprised if your doctor gives you the good news: Soy protein is a blood-sugar-controlling, heart-disease-preventing, testosterone-boosting miracle food!

And here’s the best way to respond to that newsflash: “Nope. Nope. And nope.”

I’ve just read a press release about a new soy study, and guess what? Apparently the only thing soy DOESN’T do is leap tall buildings in a single bound. I mean, press releases tend to play up the positive, but this one reads like an advertising pitch hyped up on way too many Red Bulls.

UK researchers say they wanted to see if soy phytoestrogens caused testosterone levels to drop in diabetic men with low T. Not only did soy improve blood sugar, it also increased testosterone. It’s a miracle! Back up the soy bean truck and let’s get this party started.

Well…not so fast.

The men in this small study got all the big benefits with 30 grams of soy per day. And coincidentally that’s exactly the daily dose that Weston A. Price Foundation researchers link to hypothyroidism, with symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, and constipation.

The new UK study only lasted 12 weeks. But researchers at Weston A. Price have been studying soy since the 90s. Their long term results tell a much different story. Here are a few highlights…

* Soy contains high levels of phytic acid, which reduces your body’s assimilation of important minerals, including calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
* Soy (a famous source of protein) can actually interfere with protein digestion.
* Soy increases your body’s requirement of vitamin B12, which is essential for nerve health, cognitive function, and shingles prevention.
* Soy increases your body’s requirement for vitamin D.
* Soy contains too much aluminum, which is toxic to your kidneys and nervous system.

As I’ve mentioned before, fermented soy products such as miso, tamari, natto, and tempeh don’t cause the same problems as soy protein, which is used in a gazillion processed foods. But even with fermented soy, there’s an added danger that begins at the source.

Nearly all the soy produced in the U.S. is grown from genetically modified seeds. That means almost all of it is drenched in Roundup weed killer. In case you missed it, you can click on this link to read how the colossal health blunder of Roundup is unfolding.

As a nutritionally oriented physician, Dr. Wright doesn’t think much of soy. Here’s his take on it: “Unlike other vegetables that you can pick and eat, soy is not suitable for human consumption unless it undergoes extensive processing, involving chemical extractions, fermentation, and high temperatures.” (Go here to read Dr. Wright’s specific warning for women who eat soy.)

For years, Dr. Wright has recommended caution in soy consumption until the debate is resolved. But don’t let anyone tell you this new study resolves it. It just adds more pie in the sky nonsense.

Ebola can’t be treated with drugs, but a nutritional intervention can work

How do you stop Ebola dead in its tracks?

Have you come down with Ebola mania?

I don’t mean actual Ebola, of course. I mean are you suffering from the FEAR of an Ebola pandemic wiping out millions worldwide?

If those designed-to-shock Ebola headlines have you feeling jumpy, let me ease your worries. You have a better chance of scoring the winning touchdown in the Super Bowl than of picking up the Ebola virus. So there’s no cause for concern for you or your family.

Even so, the mainstream medical crowd can’t help but ratchet up the fear factor. Read any article in the mainstream press and the chatter is the same: No drug! No vaccine! No treatment! No cure!

But as usual, these guys simply haven’t done their homework.

There IS a treatment that can cure Ebola. It’s intravenous vitamin C, also known as IVC or IAA (intravenous ascorbic acid).

Robert Cathcart, M.D., is one of the pioneers of IVC. He’s used IVC to treat thousands of patients with a wide variety of health issues. On his website, he explains that the most serious infectious diseases quickly exhaust all the body’s vitamin C. This causes acute scurvy. So it’s no coincidence that the primary symptoms of Ebola parallel scurvy symptoms: appetite loss, fever, and diarrhea. Then free radicals rage out of control until hemorrhaging causes death.

If Ebola is caught early, Dr. Cathcart says that “at least” 180 grams of IVC every 24 hours will eventually control symptoms, bring down fever, and the patient will survive to tell the tale.

No need for a vaccine. No need for drugs.

In fact, IVC can trounce ALL bacterial and viral infections — including the so-called “superbugs” that antibiotic drugs can’t touch anymore. But the medical establishment has turned its back on this remarkable treatment simply because it’s not a drug.

This is nothing new, of course. Dr. Wright has revealed countless nutritional solutions that work wonders compared to drugs. Yet he’s forced to spend has to his days wondering if the FDA is about to burst through his clinic doors, guns drawn — again! (Yes, this actually happened. Read the complete blow-by-blow at this link.)

The powers-that-be are locked into Big Pharma’s version of “care” at the expense of effectively treating patients. And, tragically, people are paying the ultimate price.

If Ebola should somehow find a foothold here in our homeland, you’ll know what to do. Find a holistic doctor to prescribe IVC — the most effective viral buster that money can buy.

The FDA’s plan to regulate cherry pie!?
Sugar: The good, the bad, and the ugly

Vitamin E has gotten an unfair rap for years — here’s why

Will researchers apologize for trashing this vitamin’s reputation?

Last month, researchers finally let vitamin E out of the dog house. And it was LONG overdue.

The study concluded, once and for all, that vitamin E does NOT cause prostate cancer. And that’s 100 percent true as long as you remember this important tip.

Skip the synthetic and reach for the real.

If you use the right form of E, it will do you a world of good and no harm at all. You won’t risk ANY type of cancer one iota. And if you’re a long time e-Tips reader you already know the form I’m talking about: E as mixed tocopherols. It comes in a package of four forms; alpha, beta, gamma, and delta.

Now, there’s one more form of tocopherol, but I don’t include it with the four above because it’s nothing but synthetic junk — not fit for man nor beast. For years Dr. Wright and other doctors of natural medicine have been warning people not to use this fake form of the vitamin.

To avoid fake medicines listen to your physician and to avoid scams in Forex trading robots check out the top 10 binary Demo at https://top10binarydemo.com/. These algorithms are immensely popular with beginners because you do not need any formal experience to use them unlike the field of medicine where without proper knowledge you cannot practice.

In fact one doctor told me he wouldn’t even use it topically. It’s THAT bad!

And it’s this synthetic form of the vitamin that’s no doubt caused all the confusion and negative reports about vitamin E for the past few years. Researchers using this junk for large, long, expensive trials have wasted their time — and ours.

What a colossal blunder! Imagine that a team of first rate scientists from the finest colleges launched a manned rocket to Mars, landed it on Venus, and then told everyone the big news: “We put men on Mars!”

That’s how embarrassing this vitamin E screw up is. In the universe of micronutrients, these vitamin E researchers don’t even know what planet they’re on!

But while they were blundering, they might have actually stumbled onto something useful.

In 2011, one of these studies concluded with this… “Dietary supplementation with vitamin E significantly increased the risk of prostate cancer among healthy men.”

Yep — that one made headlines for sure. (Of course e-Tips saw right through the glaring flaw of that study. Check this link for the lowdown.)

But one month ago, a new follow-up from another large study reported that vitamin E had no effect in preventing or causing prostate cancer.

Now, both studies were long (several years), both were very large (thousands of men), both used synthetic E, and the dosage was the same: 400 IU. But there was one key difference. In the study that showed prostate cancer risk, E was taken daily. In the study with no risk, E was taken every other day.

Inadvertently, these studies might have given us the first solid clinical insight that the synthetic form of E is more dangerous than we thought. If you take, on average, 200 IU per day, apparently there’s no prostate cancer risk. If you double that and take 400 IU per day, then it looks like you’ll have “significantly increased risk.”

Now THAT is a very important finding because too many of the vitamin E supplements on grocery store and pharmacy shelves are the junk synthetic form. If you pick up a supplement bottle that contains synthetic E (listed as either “all-rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate” or “d,l-alpha-tocopherol), drop it and run!

As for mixed tocopherols, you can check here to discover Dr. Wright’s take on this perfect package of the indispensible E.

Jet air hand dryers spread bacteria

Avoid being blasted with bacteria on your next restroom visit

I swear you could practically strip paint off a house with those jet air hand dryers you find in most restrooms these days.

But most of us happily use them anyway, convinced they’re the best way to get our mitts dry without having to worry about those gross germs lurking on every surface in a public bathroom.

Turns out nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, every single time you press the button on one of those things it’s like shooting germs out of a cannon.

Researchers at UK’s University of Leeds tested bacterial contamination with the use of paper towels, warm air dryers, and jet air dryers. To get a bacteria reading, researchers covered volunteers’ hands with a bacteria called lactobacilli (don’t worry — it’s not harmful).

And once they hit the “on” button, that bacteria was flying everywhere, being breathed in by everyone within a few feet. And this is healthy bacteria, mind you — imagine what these hand dryers are doing with the nasty waste that’s REALLY on your hands.

Bacterial counts were nearly five times higher with the jet dryer compared to the warm air dryer. But the real winner was the humble paper towel. Jet drying bacteria counts were a staggering 27 times higher than drying your hands the old-fashioned way.

The solution here is simple. Wash your hands with plain old soap and warm water. And skip those high-tech hand dryers and towel dry them instead.

Pistachios might improve insulin response and heart health

Dodge two of your worst diabetes symptoms with a common nut

Diabetics new best friend comes hidden inside a hard shell: the humble pistachio.

This tasty little green nut could change a diabetic’s life — no kidding.

There is so much happening in the finance sector and the economy is getting harder to understand. And recently with the growth of the crypto currencies and the increase in the number of traders in crypto trading price inflations are prone to occur. So a wise move would be to start investing and to diversify your investment options. There should ideally be a good mix of long and short term investment options. Liquidity is not offered by all the investment plans. But crypto trading is known for its signature liquidity benefits, provided you choose the right tokens. And for the absolute beginners who are working on their knowledge in crypto trading there are crypto bots like Bitcoin Trader

In December 2013 I told you about a new study from the National Diabetes, Obesity and Cholesterol Foundation in India. Researchers assigned identical diets to 500 volunteers who’d been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Half the group got to enjoy a handful of pistachios every day (around 200 calories).

Their daily snack appeared to make a big difference. Those in the pistachio group lost more weight, shed more belly fat, and had a better insulin response than subjects who didn’t get the daily treat. (You can go here to discover more details.)

Now, that’s not exactly earth shaking. But add in the results of another new study and things get a LOT more interesting.

This study — just published in the Journal of the American Heart Association — was designed much like the Indian study. Two groups of diabetics followed the same diet. But one group added two pistachio snacks per day (about 150 nuts, total).

After one month, researchers gave each volunteer two stress tests (one physical, one mental) and measured blood pressure. Blood vessels of those on the pistachio diet turned out to be significantly more relaxed. Vascular constriction was reduced and neural control of the heart improved.

Hopefully there’s more diabetes/pistachio research in the pipeline. But while we wait for that, no need to put off making pistachios a daily snack. These small wonders are packed with B vitamins and important minerals such as potassium. They’ve also got plenty of fiber, but few calories.

Not too shabby for a tiny little green nut!

Cervical cancer can be easily and safely prevented without drugs

Drug-free cervical cancer prevention can save kid’s lives

Q: My pediatrician has been pushing me to get my young teen daughter a cervical cancer vaccine. I want my daughter to be protected, but I’m wary of this vaccine. Are there any other ways to prevent this cancer?

Dr. Wright: I’m glad parents are starting to trust their instincts to avoid Gardasil, which is NOT a cancer vaccine.Trusting your instincts can protect you in even in your investment related decisions. With the growing popularity of cryptocurrencies several crypto robots like the Bitcoin Code have come to fore.  The review of this trading robot at  https://cybermentors.org.uk/bitcoin-code/bitcoin-code-should-you-invest/ will provide a clear picture about only Bitcoin Code and not all crypto robots just like gardasil It’s supposed to reduce risk of some (but not all) HPV infections, which can develop into cervical cancer. Click here to read a detailed warning about Gardasil.

Young women can get a huge dose of cervical cancer protection by following Grandma’s advice: Eat your vegetables. Specifically, you’ll want to stock up on green vegetables and vegetables from the cruciferous family. (Broccoli, cauliflower, and kale are three cruciferous standouts.)

One of the early clues that cruciferous vegetables may reduce the risk of cervical cancer came from studies of laryngeal and/or vocal cord polyps, also known as recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP). Although frequently benign, this condition can proceed to actual cancer, which can be fatal. RRP is caused by HPV, specifically HPV-6 and HPV-11, two of the four main HPV types that cause cervical cancer.

In a 1998 report from Long Island Jewish Hospital, researchers noted a close connection between estrogen metabolism and the growth of HPV viruses that cause RRP.

They wrote: “Our results show an inverse relationship between the ratio of C-2 to C-16 alpha hydroxylated estrogens and the severity of RRP.” Translated into English: The lower the “2/16″ estrogen ratio, the worse the RRP; the higher the “2/16″ ratio, the less severe the RRP.

In this study, the researchers asked RRP sufferers to eat significantly more cruciferous vegetables. They found that compounds in these vegetables led to increases in the “2/16″ estrogen ratio, which correlated with improvement in RRP.

Another study on RRP also found that a natural substance found in cruciferous vegetables called indole-3-carbinol (I3C) can favorably influence HPV-associated tumors. Researchers asked volunteers to take I3C to explore its effects on RRP. Of the 33 volunteers, more than 30 percent had complete remission after five years. Another 30 percent had a reduction in the growth of RRP.

In addition, young women should make sure they’re getting an ample amount of folate in their diet. Research shows that folate can reverse pre-cancer of the cervix (cervical dysplasia) and very early cervical cancer (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia).

Vitamin D megadoses are proven safe for older people

How megadoses of D could make you mega healthy

It may seem obvious, or even simple, but it’s actually huge news.

There can be nothing more comforting than to know that you can supplement your income from the comforts of your own home. Automated trading robots like Crypto Code are here to help you. To know more about it click https://top10cryptorobots.com/crypto-robots/crypto-code/. In old age along with adequate doses of multivitamins you need sufficient money to lead a decent life.

And for many seniors, this news could help turn a dreary march to the end of days into the kind of radiant good health we all hope for in our golden years.

Before we get to this huge news, let’s review six ways that vitamin D can add healthy years to your life…

High D levels are linked to significantly lower risk of type 2 diabetes (Click here to see why Dr. Wright calls D “the diabetes vitamin.”)
D helps reduce the risk of fractures and falls in two ways: by improving muscle and bone strength
D stimulates specific genes that cause cancer cells to starve and helps to keep surviving cancer cells from spreading
Dr. Wright regards vitamin D supplementation as one of the most effective natural ways to control blood pressure (To discover more about the D blood pressure link click here.)
Vitamin D can help prevent flu and pneumonia
D — the “sunshine vitamin” — drives the blues away
That’s one HARD working vitamin! Clearly, everyone needs plenty of D. But there’s a little problem. Your skin just doesn’t do as good a job of converting sunlight into D as it did back when you were tooling around town in a two-tone coupe with the ragtop down.

That’s why a D supplement can come in handy. But if you’re supplementing with D, how much is too much?

Researchers at the University of British Columbia gave 236 seniors 20,000 IUs of vitamin D per week for one year. Two things happened: 1) Within six months, none of the volunteers were D deficient. And 2) At the rate of nearly 3,000 IUs per day, none of the seniors had any negative responses to the supplements.

Safe and sound.

As you might recall, Dr. Wright recommends a higher D intake for adults (especially older adults) of 4,000 IU daily. And since that’s about the same amount you’d get in 20 minutes of full sun exposure on your face and arms, it’s highly unlikely that a dose of 28,000 IU per week would do one bit of harm.

I predict years from now you’ll still be around talking about all the wonderful things D does for you.

Leaky gut might be at the root of your most persistent health issues

Problems in the pipeline

What is leaky gut?

Without knowing anything more than the name of this condition, you can already tell it’s something you’re better off without.

Leaky gut? No thanks! I’ll pass.

If only it were that simple to dodge this alarming condition that allows bacteria and toxins to seep through your intestinal wall and invade your circulatory system.

Unfortunately you don’t have a “check gut” light that blinks on to let you know it’s time to ask an expert to peek under the hood. But you might get the message that something’s out of whack if you develop chronic gas, abdominal pain, bloating, indigestion, constipation, and diarrhea.

That’s just the beginning though. We now know that chronic leaky gut can cause much more serious problems, including diabetes, kidney disease, depression, fatigue, psoriasis, and even heart failure.

Most troubling is how easy it is for leaky gut to get started. Gluten and certain bacteria might prompt your body to make a protein that opens up spaces between cells of the intestinal wall.

This is how hackers find openings in firewall to attack your system and take all your data away. Some crypto robots can scam you in broad day light if you are not alert and read reviews like https://top10cryptorobots.com/crypto-robots/ethereum-code/ which talks about Ethereum Code. When your security is weak and there are leaks attackers

And something else can pry open those spaces too. It’s a class of drug that millions of people use every day: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. NSAIDs include aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen.

That NSAIDs would cause such damage shouldn’t come as a shock. After all, we’ve known for years that these drugs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation. When you perforate something, what do you get? A leak, of course.

It’s also no surprise that leaky gut risk increases with higher doses of these drugs. A recent UK study reports that about 7 in 10 patients will develop leaky gut after using prescription-strength NSAIDs for just two weeks.

Meanwhile, Big Pharma continues to push the limits of the NSAIDs market. I’m sure at some point a doctor has recommended that you take a daily aspirin to prevent heart disease. Even more ridiculous are studies that suggest NSAIDs might reduce risk of dementia and prostate enlargement by some small amount. The evidence is wafer thin, but it falsifies dangerous NSAIDs as wonder drugs that improve everything they touch.

Right. Everything except your gut, where they quietly unleash some of the worst health conditions imaginable.

Obamacare is dealt a blow, but will it be enough to blow it away?

Los Federales got caught pulling a fast one

Sooner or later every bad apple reveals itself. And that’s what happened this week with that rottenest of rotten apples: Obamacare.

A federal court ruled that those who participate in federal-run health exchanges in more than 30 states aren’t eligible for tax subsidies. And without those subsidies, this “affordable” care won’t be affordable.

Friends, I’m not going to kid you, there’s a mountain of legalese to wade through in this case. But here’s what it boils down to…

A majority of states said “NO” to Obamacare by refusing to set up health exchanges and participate in expanding an already broken “sick” care system. So the IRS pulled a fast one, allowing participants in these states to qualify for billions in fed assistance.

But the court caught this cute little trick and said, “No. Way.”

One of the legal eagles who coordinated the lawsuit that led to this decision told USA Today, “This illegal rule would have cost employers crippling fines, destroyed jobs, and forced Americans to pay for insurance that they didn’t want or need.”

And there you have it. The good guys won. Well…that’s how it looked at first.

Just a few hours after that ruling, another federal court ruled in a similar case, finding that the IRS trick was just fine. No problemo!

I knew los Federales would work feverishly to get the earlier decision tossed out. But I guess when you have behind-the-scenes powerbrokers twisting arms left and right, you can run roughshod over the truth at lightning speed.

Stay tuned, friends! This battle is far from over.
